1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TK Signs ("we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order, using our design studio, or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all vehicle wraps, signage manufacturing, large-format printing, and branding installations.

2. Scope of Services & Artwork Approval

TK Signs provides custom physical signage, vehicle wraps, architectural vinyls, and promotional print solutions. All artwork, design specs, and vehicle dimensions must be formally approved in writing before production begins. Color output may vary slightly depending on substrate materials and lamination finishes.

3. Payment Terms & Deposit Policy

Custom Production: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to artwork processing, vinyl plotting, or material allocation. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to installation or courier release.

Online / Storefront Orders: Card transactions are acquired via PayFast by Network, the approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks. PayFast uses Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) encryption, and no card details are stored directly on TK Signs infrastructure.

4. Merchant Outlet Country & Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

5. Delivery & Vehicle Drop-off Policy

Vehicles booked for wrapping or signage application must be delivered to our Cape Town workshop clean and free of dust, wax, or ceramic coatings. Failure to do so may result in prep fees or rescheduling. Physical product deliveries are dispatched via standard courier upon full settlement of invoice.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because all signage and wraps are custom-manufactured to specific dimensions and artwork, deposits are non-refundable once vinyl cutting or printing has commenced. Cancellations prior to production will incur an administration fee to cover vector prep and design setup hours.
